Due to the specific nature of the automated parcel machines, the "Preview" option upon receipt is not available. If, after opening the compartment, you discover shipping damage or an incorrect item:
​Photograph the package immediately! Take clear photos of the damage or the received product while still in front of the machine itself. (A photo taken in front of the machine at the time of collection is a mandatory condition for filing a complaint with the courier).

Once we receive the information, we will handle communication with the courier and assist in resolving the situation as quickly as possible in your favor.

Every one of our shipments is sent with a "View and Test" option. We advise you to take advantage of it to make sure everything is in order.

If you find that the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item has been sent, contact us immediately while in the presence of the courier to draw up a report.

If you accept the shipment without remarks, your right to claim for transport damages is forfeited, as without a report drawn up on the spot, we cannot file a claim with the courier company.

Quality without surprises.

Every product we sell is new and personally inspected. We value honesty: if the packaging is damaged or there's a minimal cosmetic defect, we describe it beforehand. You shop with trust and full transparency.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Form

We deliver within 1-2 business days for all of Bulgaria. You will receive a tracking number immediately after dispatch.

We do not maintain huge warehouses with thousands of identical items. We select special offers and release them in limited quantities. This means that if something catches your eye today, it might be gone tomorrow. This model allows us to offer more interesting things at better prices, but it requires quick decisions on your part.

In order to protect our loyal and reliable customers, we do not tolerate unclaimed shipments. If you do not claim and collect your shipment from the courier's office within the regulated storage period or unreasonably refuse to accept it from the courier, your profile will be blocked for future purchases on Simoana.bg.

This measure protects us from unnecessary expenses and allows us to continue to offer excellent prices and deals to all conscientious buyers.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your request. If the return is approved, you can choose one of two options:

1. Refund to the original payment method: The amount will be automatically refunded to you within 10 business days. Please note that processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
   
2. Shopping credit: Alternatively, if you prefer a faster solution, we can offer the amount to be refunded as shopping credit in our online store, which will be active immediately after our inspection (1-2 business days).
